What we collect
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, company (if you add one), email address, phone number, nearest branch, what your enquiry is about and your message.
We don't use this website to collect any other personal information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to provide the quote or work you've asked about. We won't add you to a mailing list, and we won't sell or share your details with anyone else for their own use.
Where it's stored
Our website is hosted by Netlify. When you send the form, Netlify stores a copy of your message on its secure servers, which are based overseas, and emails it to our team. Our email is held on Microsoft 365.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to respond to you and look after any work that follows. We clear old messages from the website's form storage every six months.
Maps on our website
Our contact page shows maps from Google Maps. When a map loads, Google may collect information about your visit in line with Google's privacy policy.
Seeing or correcting your information
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To do this, or if you have any questions or concerns about your privacy, email us at office@fleetimage.co.nz.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
